Ms. Balaji is the Founder of Law Office of Radhika Balaji and provides holistic immigration recommendations to both corporate and individual clients. As an immigrant herself, fluent in Tamil and Hindi, Radhika prides herself on being able to empathize with all of her clients, no matter their nationality, in order to provide personalized representation.

​Before starting her practice, Ms. Balaji worked at reputed Bay Area law firms, specializing in corporate and family immigration matters. Being the mother of a Montessorian herself, Ms. Balaji has provided her expertise as an in-house counsel to a Montessori educational institution, where she assisted several foreign national educators from across the globe to pursue their American dream.

San Diego was Ms. Balaji’s first professional home in the US, where she was sworn in as an attorney by Judge Yvonne E. Campos, with whom she had the honor of clerking at the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of California.

Ms. Balaji routinely contributes to "Immigration Updates" published by the International and Immigration Law Section of the CLA. Through AILA's Military Assistance Program, she has volunteered to provide pro-bono immigration representation to military families and frequently staffs Naturalization Clinics hosted by the local Bar Associations.
